TLARC’s 2025 Christmas Dinner was held on Saturday Dec 6th at the Cook ‘n Craft Academy. We had some 35 club members & significant others join us as Christina & Rob Deyo hosted us at their wonderful establishment in downtown Loudon.
So much food and fellowship was flowing during the evening … CHICKEN MARSALA–delicious sauteed chicken breast with mushrooms in a marsala wine sauce, RASPBERRY GLAZED PORK TENDERLOIN--a tenderloin of pork with a slightly sweet glaze, baked to perfection; BAKED ZITI–with ricotta, mozzarella, and parmesan cheeses and our popular Mama’s meatballs; Buttery Green Beans w/ Bacon Bits, Creamy Mashed Potatoes; and Assorted Cupcakes!
The Cook ‘n Craft Academy is in downtown Loudon at 418 Wharf Street, one block north of TN Route 11 (Mulberry Street) and 2 blocks west of the Loudon town fountain and Tic Toc Ice Cream.
