The first half of the W1AW portable activation in Tennessee was a great success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
ARRL Affiliated Clubs and ARES groups throughout the state took
part in operating as W1AW\/4 from March 22 through March 28. Well over
2000 contacts were logged under the W1AW\/4 call sign in the TN Section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Top score goes to ETDXA (East TN DX Association) with 762 total
contacts. The Cumberland County Amateur Radio Club came in a close
second place with 721 contacts followed by the Cleveland Amateur Radio
Club with 307 contacts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
